Kyle Johnson

Chief Executive Officer / Founder

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Follow the Spectrum. Kyle is an adult on the autism spectrum, local community advocate, Methodist University business program graduate and Pine Forest High School alumnus.

Kres Thomas
President

Kres Thomas

President / Marketing Director

Entrepreneur, brand strategist and community media professional. Kres leads marketing and brand development and brings experience through FayToday News, WatchOut Cumberland County, 472 Kreative and the Kind Seeds Project. He is a Fayetteville State University and Pine Forest High School alumnus.

Vice President

Elijah Cox

Vice President / Community Relations

Exceptional Children's educator at Pine Forest High School, football position coach at PFHS, Head Coach at Village Christian 2027-28, Two Six Project memeber, and community leader. Elijah helps strengthen outreach, partnerships and community engagement for Follow the Spectrum.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Pine Forest High School educator who supports Follow the Spectrum's administrative work, programs and community initiatives. Lynda is also involved with the Two Six project.

Candy Olivares

Director of Resource Development

Project manager, military spouse and community professional with experience supporting the United Way of Cumberland County and CraftyChica.com. Candy helps develop resources, partnerships and support opportunities for local families.

Capital Encore Academy Dean for grades 7–12. Ieshia brings professional education experience and a passion for helping young people learn, develop and succeed.
