Why Be a Vendor?

Follow the Spectrum 2025 is a superhero-themed autism awareness event designed to bring together families, businesses, and organizations for a day of fun, resources, and community engagement. As a vendor, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Showcase your products, services, or organization to hundreds of attendees.
  • Connect with families, businesses, and professionals in the autism and special needs community.
  • Gain exposure through event promotions across social media and local news platforms.
  • Support an important cause while growing your brand’s visibility.

Vendor Booth Options & Pricing

Early Bird Pricing (Until March 31st): $100
Regular Pricing (April 1st – Event Day): $125

Returning vendors:  If you were at FTS 2024, get 25% off

Vendor spaces are 20×20 feet and allow room for your setup. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs or rent them at an additional cost.

START TIME: 10am  SETUP: 9am
END TIME: 4pm  BREAKDOWN:  4-5pm

Table Rental (Optional): $20 per table (first come, first serve)

Vendor Categories

Vendors must select the type of booth that best represents their business or organization:

  • Nonprofit Information Booth – For 501(c)(3) nonprofits providing educational or informational resources.
  • Autism Resource Booth – Organizations offering therapies, products, or services for autistic individuals and their families.
  • Retail Vendor Booth – Small businesses, artists, and vendors selling family-friendly products.
  • Food Vendor Space – Licensed food vendors selling prepared foods, snacks, or beverages.
  • Other – If your booth does not fit into these categories, select “Other” and describe your setup in the application.

Important: Vendors are not allowed to sell Pepsi products due to Crown Complex policies.

  • Direct interaction with hundreds of attendees, including families, educators, and community leaders.
  • Promotion on our event pages and social media platforms before and after the event.
  • Opportunity to be featured in event coverage on FayToday, WatchOut Cumberland County, and Follow the Spectrum social media.
  • Food vendors receive exclusive access to event attendees looking for on-site dining options.

Rules & Requirements

  • Family-Friendly Policy: All products and services sold must be appropriate for children and families.
  • Setup Time: Vendors must be set up by 11:30 AM on event day. Gates open to the public at 12 PM.
  • Breakdown Time: Vendors must remain open until the event ends at 5 PM. All booths must be cleaned up and packed by 6:30 PM.
  • Permits & Compliance: All food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations. Vendor permits may be required per city and state laws.

How to Register

  1. Complete the Vendor Registration Form – Fill out the online form and provide details about your booth.
  2. Select Payment Method – Pay online via PayPal or request an emailed invoice for credit card payments.
  3. Receive Confirmation – Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent with setup instructions.
  4. Prepare for Event Day – Ensure you have all necessary permits, supplies, and setup materials.

If you are a returning vendor listed in our 2024 event, you will receive a 25% discount. Book two vendor spaces at once for a discount! Bring a friend or double up your space to receive a 25% discount!
By registering as a vendor for the Follow the Spectrum event, you agree to offer only family-friendly products or services. Vendors must arrive on time and handle their own setup, including tables, tents, and signage. Unauthorized or inappropriate items are not allowed. Respectful behavior toward attendees, staff, and other vendors is expected. Follow the Spectrum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Payment and registration confirm your agreement to these terms.
