Event Raffle Sponsorship
Businesses and individuals are encouraged to donate items for the event raffle.
We will call names/winners until all gifts are gone. Raffle prizes will be divided into two categories:
- $5 raffle tickets for items valued between $5 – $100.
- $20 raffle tickets for premium prizes valued over $100.
Sponsors who donate to the raffle will be recognized at the event, and higher-value donations will receive additional mentions in social media promotions.
How to Sponsor
- Select Your Tier – Choose the sponsorship level that best fits your company or organization.
- Complete the Sponsor Form – Submit your sponsorship details via our online form (coming soon).
- Submit Payment – Payments can be made via PayPal or by check. Payment details will be provided upon registration.
- Send Logo & Materials – After confirmation, submit your company logo for inclusion in event promotions.
